PCAD is a battery-operated light weight handheld type Chemical Agent Detector which can be used for checking the presence of Chemical Warfare Agents & Toxic Industrial Chemicals post chemical strike on troops, vehicles, and aircrafts, etc. which have undergone a decontamination process to ensure effectiveness of the same.
