The Jet Fuel Starter (JFS) for starting the main engine of Light Combat Aircraft
(LCA) is a twin shaft gas turbine consisting of a centrifugal compressor driven
by an axial turbine, reverse flow combustor, digital electronic fuel control system
and a free power turbine that supplies the motive power for starting the LCA
engine
