Pursuant to ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ announcement, the Department of Defence Production/Ministry of Defence/Government of India has developed the portal named, srijandefence.gov.in, as “Opportunities for Make in India in Defence”. The main objective of the portal is to partner the private sector in indigenisation efforts of Defence Public Sector Undertakings(DPSUs), DPSU's and the Armed Forces. 1. VISOR

Description of item : Visor is a main unit of Gunner’s sight 1G46 of Tank T-90. It provides optical system for surveillance of combat field and sighting.
2. Prism Assy

Description of item : Prism is responsible for blocking the working of laser range finder during the firing of missile. Prism is a specific type of critical, precise and accurate Rhombus Prism
3. Drive Assy

Description of item : Unloading drive with arrester provides vertical guidance of sighting line and lock/unlock to gyro frame of stabilizer block of Gunner’s sight 1G46.
4. Lever Assembly

Description of item : Lever provide connection between sighting line of Gunner’s sight 1G46 with gun barrel through parallelogram drive. It has a adjustment for sighting line in vertical direction.
5. Control Mechanism

Description of item : Control Mechanism is responsible to convert laser beam of radiator into information control field.

Description of item : It controls the power drive of Commander’s cupola and controls the power drive of the commander’s cupola together with the AAMG within the sector of 55° right and 40° left.
7. Power Unit

Description of item : It facilitates the linking of sight electrically to Fire Control System. It also feeds the heating Circuit of Gyroscopes (Stabilizing Block) and electronic circuits of the Article 1G46 (Gunner Sight).
8. Voltage Converter

Description of item : Voltage Converter is one of the Unit of guided missile system and is designed to feed the emitter pump lamp of 9S516 with an output voltage after drawing 27V from the tank mains.
9. Automatic Control Unit

Description of item : The main function of ACU is to generate Control signal to control the Missile Information Block and Voltage Convertor during the entire working of the Guided Weapon System.
10. Relay Regulator P-15M

Description of item : Relay or Voltage Regulator P15M-3C is designed for automatic connection and disconnection of the starter-generator.
1. THERMOSTATIC SENSOR

Description of item : Thermostatic valve in BEML Tatra engine is used to control the oil temperature in this air cooled engine. The thermostat is placed below the oil cooler. With increase in oil temperature, the plunger in the thermostatic valve will by-pass the oil to the oil cooler.
2. ELECTRO MAGNETIC VALVE

Description of item : The electromagnetic hydraulic valve controls the oil flow to the fluid coupling of the fan based on the feedback from the control unit to maintain oil temperature in optimum range for this air cooled engine.
3. BRAKE CYLINDER

Description of item : Brake cylinders are used for the control of brake cam in conjunction with pressurized air. Brake cylinder have both service and parking brake chambers.
4. TELESCOPIC SHOCK-ABSORBERS

Description of item : Telescopic shock-absorbers are double acting fluid dampers. The damper consists of an external cylinder in the lower part of which is a suction valve, a working cylinder in which a piston with piston rod moves in guides. The entire damper is sealed by a plug and seal. Connection of the shock absorbers to the vehicle is done through shackles with eyes.
5. TRAILER BRAKE VALVE – MULTIPLE CIRCUIT

Description of item : Multi circuit trailer brake valve is used for the indirect control of Air Brakes of the Trailer / Semi-Trailer. It is used for control of the Two-line braking system of Trailer in conjunction with the two-circuit main brake valve of the towing vehicle and hand brake valve for the spring brake cylinder.

Description of item : Temperature Control System test set (TCSTS) is a test equipment which is used to test the cabin temperature control system of aircraft.
2. Communication Audio Management Unit (CAMU) and Audio Control Unit (ACP) Test Set

Description of item : Used to test all functions of a single or twin seat communication control system (CCS) comprising CAMU & ACP.
3. Gyro Reference Unit (GRU)

4. Communication Audio Management Unit (CAMU)

Description of item : Line Interface and Detector Unit together form a communication link between the Radar and the Remote target data receiver.
2. OFC Cable Assembly

1. Water Tight & Weather Tight Doors

Description of item : Special types of doors found on the ships to prevent the ingress of water from one compartment to other during flooding or accidents.
It acts as safety barrier and ensuring watertight integrity of neighboring compartment is not lost.

Description of item : Gearbox is the part of the propulsion machinery which transmits 9100KW power from the Diesel engine to Propeller shaft.
3. Ship's Weapons Interlock Safety System (SWISS)

Description of item : The system ensures automatic and safe mutual usage of all weapon systems installed onboard a ship and provides safe onboard helicopter operations.
4. Integrated Radar System

Description of item : Integrated Radar System is equipped with three radar antennas (02 Nos. I band radar and 01 No. E/F band radar) with different bands and power for different operations.
The radar system can either be operated in master or slave mode.
5. Combat Management System

Description of item : It is a computer system which integrates the ship sensors, radars, weapons, data links, and other equipment into a single system.
This system provides situational awareness & intelligence to the crew and enables them to perform combat missions effectively.
6. Fin Stabilizer System

Description of item : The stabilizing assemblies are mounted so that the fins project from the hull below the waterline. The fins are free to rotate to their operational limits.
The purpose of the stabilizer system is to supply artificial roll damping to the hull of the vessel.
7. Telescopic Helo Hangar

Description of item : Telescopic Helo Hangar & Shutter for the Survey Vessels (Large) is to house Advanced Light Helicopter on board the IN Ship. The key advantage is part of deck can be used to shelter the helicopter and by retracting hangar in telescopic way offers helo operations.
8. Data Acquisition and Processing System (DAPS)

Description of item : For survey planning, vessel guidance, acquiring data in real-time from interfaced sensors, post-process the acquired data and generate quality output compatible with cartographic system at National Hydrographic Office.
9. Sacrificial Zinc Anode Steel Flanges for Submarine

Description of item : Sacrificial Zinc Anode Flanges are used onboard to control corrosion of pipes, valves, pumps etc. which are in contact with seawater, by Galvanic Cathodic Protection process.
10. Battery Loading Trolley for Submarines

Description of item : Battery loading Trolley on-board Scorpene Submarine is an important item for loading of submarine battery in the battery compartment.

Description of item : The control panel is a part of the Anti-torpedo Countermeasure System for submarine defence, which allows the control and launch of the Jammer and Decoy from the two launchers (Port & Starboard).
3. KOE POWDER IGNITOR

Description of item : Knock out Engine(KOE) Powder Igniter act as a booster igniter and plays vital role in the ignition of propellant Charge resulting in expelling of Missile from the launcher tube.
4. CRADLE BODY

Description of item : It is a welded assembly which includes high strength steel, welding and machining. The mechanism is used for mounting and launching the Missile and has to be withstand high strength tensile stresses for continuous firings.
5. SWIVEL BODY

Description of item : It is a welded assembly which includes light weight, high strength sheet metal working, welding and machining. Gear mechanism is mounted and also it is a load bearing element.
6. CASING

Description of item : It is a Hermetically sealed and leak proof equipment to protect the PCBs and electronic sub systems from shock impacts generated during Missile launch and adverse environmental conditions during storage.
7. OPTICAL SIGHT

Description of item : It is designed for observation, selection of target and subsequent tracking by reception of Infra red radiation from Missile and its conversion into a frequency-modulated electric signal. Basically a periscope model.
8. PYRO PUSHER IGNITOR

Description of item : It is pyro-technical circuit breaker serves for switching on the lamp in night mode, which is used for visualising the Missile during flight in both day and night time firings.
9. TD IGNITER

Description of item : It is an electrical Igniter which generates the flash to ignite the TD charge which in turn expels the Invar Missile from T-90 tank.
10. AMPLIFIER UNIT

Description of item : It is an Electronic subsystem to guide the Missile by driving EM Guide and by taking feedback signals from The Receiver and Gyro sensor.
It should withstand 5500g and should operate in MIL temperatures
