Pursuant to ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ announcement, the Department of Defence Production/Ministry of Defence/Government of India has developed the portal named, srijandefence.gov.in, as “Opportunities for Make in India in Defence”. The main objective of the portal is to partner the private sector in indigenisation efforts of Defence Public Sector Undertakings(DPSUs), DPSU's and the Armed Forces. 11. Alarm Signalling Unit BAC-6A

Description of item : It generates alarms in the event of fire, braked condition of the tank, neutral condition of the cooling system fan, low oil pressure and low temperature in the engine etc. to interlock the engine starting in case of low pressure and low temperature of oil in the engine.

Description of item : It is a navigation gyroscopic indicator designed for driving the BMP under conditions of poor visibility of the terrain and absence of reference points as well as for indicating the direction of movement when the BMP is driven under water.

Description of item : It is used to give power to traverse reduction gear of code-94 in T-90 Tank.
11. Air Conditioning Plant for Submarine

Description of item : AC Plants used on-board Scorpene Submarines are of decentralised type self-contained Air conditioning units (ACUs), Installed in different compartments to maintain appropriate air temperature and hygrometry quality conditions inside the Submarine.

Description of item : The Multi Cable Transit Glands are required in bulk quantities for sealing cable entries through bulkheads/ deckheads onboard warships.

Description of item : SICADS is a state of the art detection system fitted onboard Indian Naval Ships for rapid and continuous real time identification and measurement of Chemical Warfare Agents present in the environment, both outside and within ship.
