Product Description

Inshore Patrol Vessel (IPV) was designed and built as lightly armed, steel hull patrol vessel suitable for operation in Indian waters and around Island Territories in minimum water depth of up to 5 meters.

Features/Roles/Variants of the product
IPV is fitted with triple jet propulsion system, driven by Diesel Engines. The Vessel has chain bilge and transom stern and seaworthy in all Sea States and capable of operating up to sea state 4.
The Primary role of IPV is patrolling within exclusive economic zone and coastal patrol, anti-smuggling, search and rescue operation, fisheries protection and monitoring and providing communication link & escort coastal convoys
