Product Description

The Fuze PDM 9030 SRGM (EMPTY) is a drill and practice version of the electronic proximity and impact fuze developed by India's Ordnance Factory Ambajhari (now YIL a unit of YIL) for the 76/62 Super Rapid Gun Mount (SRGM). As an empty fuze, it contains no energetic materials and is used for training, handling, and fitting purposes.

Features/Roles/Variants of the product
The fuze operates in two modes for versatility.
Proximity mode: The primary mode, where the fuze senses and detonates near a target.
Direct-Action (DA) mode: A secondary or backup mode for impact-based detonation
The fuze includes built-in mechanisms to prevent premature or accidental detonation during handling and transport.
Prevents the fuze from arming until a safe distance from the gun's muzzle is reached.
Designed to withstand electromagnetic interference (EMI/EMC), electrostatic discharge (ESD), and electromagnetic pulses (EMP).
The fuze is engineered for use against various targets, including sea-skimming missiles and aircraft.
The fuze contains the electronic circuits and activation sensors necessary to perform its functions.
Designed to fit the 76/62 SRGM ammunition used by numerous navies worldwide.
