BEML BG605I model motor grader fitted with CEV stage V Engine developing 160 HP power @  RPM. Equipment fitted with ZF make Automatic transmission (with provision for Manual shift) provided with 6 Forward & 3 Reverse gears.

High Engine horse power, Power shift Electronic transmission & operating weight is ideal for heavy duty road construction and maintenance jobs
High Power coupled with high performance blade ensured high productivity.
Automatic/ Manual mode gear shifting give high manuverability.
Rear frame mounted operator ROPS (Roll over protection) cabin, enables easy viewing of machine in all direction and also ensures operator safety.
Operators comfort is enhanced by adjustable suspension seat and rubber pad mounted operators’ cabin
Tandem drive assures high machine stability and positive traction during operation.
Brakes: Services brakes (On all four wheels), Parking Brake (SAHR type, Solenoid Switch) along with Secondary Brake (Electrical Solenoid switch operated, diagonally applied on 4 wheels) meets ISO 3450 standards.
Varients of this model are BG605A (Articualted), BG405A (with 10 Feet Blade), BG825 (with 14 feet Blade, for mining applications & deployed at various Mines, supplied to Coal India Limites & to various Instituational & Private customers)
